I went to Aspire Dental in hopes of getting a mini implant for my front tooth which broke off at the gum line. I was told by another place that I would have to have a bone graft before I could have a regular implant placed which would require about 6 months. Nobody wants to wait that long especially when you have a temporary tooth not attached to anything except the gum. Basically, it was for looks only. I was told I couldn’t even brush that tooth or it would fall out.I arrived for my consult with Dr. McNair. The first thing I noticed was how friendly the office staff was. I’m not talking about one or two people, but the entire staff were so friendly and welcoming..Now for my consult . Dr. McNair came in with a smile , not only did he tell me that I wouldn’t need a bone graft, but he could place my implant that very day.. I was overwhelmed with joy that I almost cried.Now for the procedure, I would need an extraction then Dr. McNair would place my mini implant immediately in the same spot. As he gave me the injection to numb the area, , he explained the key to giving an injection is to go slow when pushing the medicine in. I barely felt it! Dr. McNair explained every detail of the procedure as he worked. It was obvious how much he cares for his patients. I called him an angel.His assistant Lisa, was amazing too . She offered me a pillow and a blanket. No dentist office has ever done that, and you know it is always freezing, such a thoughtful suggestion.. Again, the entire staff seem to really want the best for me.I was so impressed with everyone that I am switching Dental offices.If you are looking for a great dentist who really cares about the patient, go to Aspire Dental in Lake City Florida. It is worth the drive!

My first visit to Aspire Dental Group. I needed x-rays & a crown. The office was beautiful & clean. The Front Office was friendly & happy to be of assistance. My hygienist was gentle & thorough, making me relax knowing I was in good hands. Dr. McNair is professional & genuinely cared about my comfort. I am so impressed -Aspire Dental has my business. The prices are comparable for dental work. I rate them 5 stars plus.

I had an exceptional experience during my dental cleaning. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional, making me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The dental hygienist was gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain each step of the cleaning process while answering all of my questions with patience. From the moment I contacted this office to schedule what I felt to be an emergency – they went above and beyond to get me in within 48 hours. They had never cared for me but treated me as if I was one of their patients which I am happy to say I will now be one. The office staff was very friendly. The dental tech Amber was wonderful – very caring , made sure she explained everything as it was going on – made me feel at ease and I am very much phobic of dental offices. Now for the best part – Dr McNair – wow – made me feel at ease – very knowledgeable and this office will now be our dental place for myself and my husband. We met with Ashley for insurance and payments – she is very knowledgeable at making sure to get the most out of your dental insurance- as we all know – dental insurance does not pay for much. If I left anyone out forgive me.ONE recommendation- the piped in music should be different for each room dependent on the patient. I am a senior citizen and rap music was playing overly loud in the room. But everything else is PERFECT!!!!

Dr Robert Harvey & his staff were very kind & considerate, and got me in without any delay. I got a great cleaning. I also had some dental work performed, & Dr. Harvey even called to check on me that night. He has great reviews & I was very pleased with my care. Excellent Dentist!

My first implant it went very well he made sure that I felt no pain. The other important component of this is the dental assistants they were awesome compassionate but very professional. I hope Dr Harvey sees this and gives the two ladies a thank you from me. The front office lady was awesome also. Dr Harvey knows his stuff do yourself a favor and give them a call tell him exactly what you’re looking for I’ll do a Google review in a few weeks to see how this tooth is doing thank you so much Dr Harvey and the dental assistants that were in the room with me! Update.. I arrived for my appointment and was called back immediately and I had the dental assistant and Dr Harvey there within a few minutes starting to work on my teeth. Dr Harvey and his team were great.. they don’t chitchat they get the job done thorough and profession.

This was my first visit giving 5 star status honestly. Great staff by the way and thx Ashley for being very helpful and sweet as I was getting xrays done. Being a wheelchair user i was offered help along the way while staff made adjustments to make sure I was placed comfortably. I will be back to get my smile back forsure so stay tuned for my next review…thank you again.

Our initial consultation was detailed & promising offering multiple options for treatment going forward. Dr. Morris was not only excellent in his assessment & explanation but also gave great “bedside” care for someone who’s had some bad dental experiences. Ashley was great in explaining costs & payment options. We are very much looking forward to working with them.

Amberly, I arrived at Aspire Dental 2/26/26, for root canal, she made me aware of every treatment that I would be receiving, she was professional;. and answer all my question about my procedures that I was receiving. .I live in Gainesville Florida, because of the care I receive from Amberly and Dr. McNair, I will continued make Aspire Dental, my place to receive all my dental care. I have put off going to the dentist for way too long due to fear of pain and finances. I wish I had know about Aspire Dental Group. They are awesome. The staff is so helpful and really friendly. You feel like you have a bunch of new friends by the time you leave. The office staff are so helpful and knowledgeable with financial advice. The doctor really listens to you. The minute I let him know I was feeling pain during a tooth extraction, he stopped and administered more pain relief in my mouth. The assistants in the back made me feel like family and made sure I was comfortable during every part of my appointment and also answered all my questions. I would give Dr. Harvey and his staff 10 stars if I could.It’s been 11 days and today I went for my check up to the tooth that was extracted. Originally I went to get 2 fillings and a crown. However, once Dr. Harvey got into my teeth it was apparent I needed that tooth extracted and a bridge, instead. I was really freaked out because the cost to do this was quite a bit more than I had anticipated. The office staff worked with me and we came up with a plan to get this done that is acceptable to my limited income yet makes sure the Dental group is paid for their services. I am more than grateful. My new bridge was also ready and Dr H made sure it was a good and comfortable fit. He was very conscious about my pain level and I felt well cared for and listened to. My new bridge, which I didn’t expect to get for at least another month, is in and comfortable. He used temporary glue for a trial run to be sure everything is correct before the permanent glue is applied. I am so happy I found this group. Once again, if I could give 10 stars, I would.

Dr Harvey and his team were just wonderfulI needed some major work done and was very anxious about having it done. They were kind and caring, making the procedure so much more relaxing for me. I needed emergency work done and as always, everyone was caring and helpful. I have been a patient of Dr. McNair with Donna as my hygienist for many years. I needed work done fast and was able to get in within a day. They took great care of me, gave me a blanket and head rest, constantly making sure I was doing okay. I highly recommend this group especially if you are afraid, nervous, or anxious. They treat you with kindness and respect.

New to area and before I found a new dentist I had a major issue and Dr Harvey treated me like I had been a patient for years. After 4 visit my issue was taken care of and the way I was treated by everyone in that office was a truly wonderful. This past weekend I had an implant come out. Dr Harvey was off this week but his partner and staff didn’t miss a beat. I was taken care of right away. If you need a dentist this is the best place to go. Can’t say enough good things about this group.

Dr Gabriel spent quality time discussing dental care for my partner. Aspen in Kingston said the plan would be to extract everything. Since he’s 95, anesthesia seemed dicey. Glad a got sensible second opinion. Plus the entire staff was like family. In a good way.

He is so gentle which in my opinion makes him an excellent dentist. Giving the shots to extracting the teeth he puts you at ease. He’s done before you know it. Staff is great too. All of them at the Barnett ave office.

I’ve always been a bit wary of going to the dentist, but Dr. McNair at Aspire Dental in Lake City, FL is amazing! I had a tooth extraction and literally didn’t feel a thing. The staff was incredible, friendly, professional, and supportive throughout the entire visit. Yes, they can be a bit expensive, but they are worth it, and you can always discuss other options with them. I can honestly say this is the best dentist I’ve ever had! Highly recommend.

I went for a consultation. What I thought i needed done, an upper quad with a mini implant , turned out to be totally different.I need an implant on my lower jaw where there have been two teeth missing forever. My teeth are starting to shift because of that space. The dentist explained everything and showed me all of it. Instead of having 4 teeth replaced I only need a mini implant of 2 teeth to fill that gap. Everything looked clean and everyone was very nice

Going to the dentist sucks. But at least he made it the best experience I’ve had in a dentist chair. He has different things in his bag of tricks but he can keep you virtually pain-free. You’re not going to be 100% pain free, but he keeps it about as close to zero as dentistry can be I think.

With bad experience in the past I was super anxious about my visit. Everything here brings about a calm. The waiting room is not typical of a doctors office yet more like a friends living room. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Dr. McNair was super nice and patient. Gave honest feedback and prioritized my care to help with my budget. The staff and Dr McNair have restored my faith in dentistry. 10 out of 10 will return and I am permanently a patient.

Everyone in the office is courteous and professional. Christy was an exceptional dental hygienist. She made me feel very comfortable and explained everything she was doing. Having my teeth cleaned can be very stressful to me because of receding gum line and sensitivity. She made the procedure completely comfortable. I am so glad I found this dental group!! I did not see Dr Harvey today, but he has been exceptional as well. He provided a treatment option for a problem that no past dentist had discussed with me. I wish I had found him sooner! I could not be happier.

The mini dental implant was quite an experience. Although there were some adjustments that made the procedure longer, Dr Harvey & Assistant Zizi ( sorry if misspelled) were very professional, kind, patient, and diligent to complete the procedure well. Dr Harvey even made a personal follow up call to check on me. That shows concern & compassion for his patients. I would recommend the office staff notify the patients before day of procedure of payment method. I was embarrassed & upset that I had to call my financial institution to get approval of the payment amount when I showed up for the appointment, ready to pay, after my card was declined. That call made a 30 minute delay in my procedure. I am sure De Harvey & staff were not too happy about that, although they were very kind about the delay. Supposedly having to call to get approval is a somewhat common event according to office staff. I realize an individual should know what the daily amount of debit purchases are, but I did not know. Obviously others do not know this either.An update on dental work done as of May 08, 2025:On May 08 the dental implant had its permanent crown seated. It looks great ! The tooth beside it had to have its crown reseated as it had fallen off. Dr Harvey & Amber did a fantastic job of doing needed dental work, making my smiles look nicer and chewing foods better. Thank you, Aspire Dental!

Dr.Harvey is professional and very competent he explained everything I needed to make an informed decision . I’ve had crowns replaced and most recently an infected molar extracted. The extraction and bone graft were painless. I’m currently in the process of getting an implant to replace the molar. I highly recommend this practice, the office staff , dental tech’s and hygienists are excellent. They respond promptly with any questions or concerns. I never felt rushed in any decision”s a concerning my dental care.

The best of the best, none better. Was referred to another dentist with a tooth ache, waste of time. Came here and they did a full evaluation and came up with a game plan for the immediate need and long term, this is what I asked for. Great Dentist (Dr. Bob Harvey), great staff, one and all. Have had a root canal and two fillings done so far, more to follow. Will not go to or recommend anyone else in the Lake City are.

People…I hadn’t been to the dentist in 5+ years. Just moved to north Florida and had my 1st appt with Dr. Harvey, Aspire Dental. Very thorough, professional and caring. No pressure to get my needed work done. I went back today for my cleaning and it was the best I have ever had. Donna ❤️ is amazing. She is kind and takes her time doing an excellent job. She truly cares about her patients and getting your mouth in tip top shape. I look forward to my next visit to Aspire. You should check them out!!!

Staff is kind and considerate. I have horrible dental anxiety and everyone here respects this. Including, and especially Dr. McNair. 5 stars for sure! Had my 1st appt today. Walked into a nicely decorated office with a comfy waiting area. Friendly reception. Mel took me back and was fantastic! Felt like I fit right in lol!They’re clearly concerned about their patients well being and they have the most advanced technology I’ve experienced at a dental office. Dr. Harvey is also clearly knowledgable and it was truly an educational experience. Using a small camera he shows you exactly what he’s describing in fascinating detail. I can’t lie, it was an eye opening encounter that im extremely grateful to have had. I have problematic teeth, and for the first time, I now understand more about the exact issues, their causes, next steps.Even delivering me bad news, I was literally reassured by checkout staff that we’ll get a plan in place moving forward. I can’t say enough about how great the staff all were and the appointment was in general.The 1st wall you see after entering the office is covered with award plaques. My appointment today proved exactly why. Thank you!

Everyone was very kind, compassionate and sympathetic. I was offered options for treatment and allowed to make choices. No one rushed me or pushed me into decisions. Dr. McNair is very gentle and accommodating of my fears and trepidation. He let me know what he was doing before he did it and kept me comfortable. 10/10 will never go anywhere else.

Absolutely, positively, superb!Everyone is so friendly and really make you feel comfortable.Let’s face it; no one likes to go to the dentist, but everyone made it so, so much better than what I was expecting. The staff make the patient feel like, hey, it’s not so bad going to the dentist.Dr. McNair was brilliant!I needed a filling, and I was taken care of with professionalism, and kindness. I didn’t have a long wait time once I was there, but took a couple weeks to finally see a Dr . They took x-rays and everyone was great, the Dr. found my problem and referred me to an oral surgeon. So overall, great service. TY

My daughter had an abscess, and a lot of pain, just as dental clinics began to open up again after the worst of the pandemic. The office I had been going to said they were taking emergency patients, but despite repeated calls, never would get back to me about getting an appointment for her to be seen. I called Aspire, and she was able to get in and be taken care of within hours of my call. And, for a reasonable price. I think I’ll be changing dentists.

Checking in was prompt and friendly. The Dental Assistant was competent, efficient and nice. The Doctor was friendly and very helpful. He gave me plenty of information so we could decide on the best treatment plan for me. The woman at the checkout was very friendly and informative about my payment options.At no time did anyone make me feel embarrassed about the condition of my teeth, and all were respectful. I am happy that I found this office and doctor.

I had a great experience at Aspire Dental in Lake City, FL. I HATE going to the dentist usually, but not yesterday 6.7.21. Dr. McNair was so good with the procedure of preparing my tooth for a crown. He did all the work with no pain. They have upgraded state of the art equipment to complete the necessary procedures and play wonderful music. A great experience.

I went to Aspire Dental Group for a check up and a tooth issue. I was greeted by this sweet young lady who took my x-rays, information and prepared me to see the Dentist. It was very relaxing and I was put at ease by everyone there! I am no longer dreading going back to the Dentist!!!! % thumbs up!

Finally found a dentist who cares about ME and not my wallet!! After sustaining a fall and chipping a front tooth I called Aspire Dental to be seen for repair and examination. Upon the initial call the person answering the phone asked me if I was ok, having pain, bleeding or other problems. 2 other dental offices the 1st question was do you have dental insurance and how are you paying for this. Having retired a month ago I no longer have dental insurance. The Aspire office is easy to get to, plenty of parking, very nice, comfortable and impeccably clean. Every person I came in contact with was friendly and professional. I had Ashley as the dental assistant and Dr. Harvey for my visit. Kudos to both of them, we’ve found a keeper here! My husband had a previous visit here and was equally impressed with the dentist who took care of him. This is THE place to go where YOU are important, not how deep your pockets are!????????

Aspire Dental Group are wonderful! They are caring and compassionate. I hadn’t been to the dentist in years. My teeth aren’t rotted away, but they are less than perfect. Dr Mcnair and his team were non-judgmental, warm, friendly and very patiently explained things every step of the way. I will definitely be returning!
